I would like to go with rational approach to Decision making. This approach seems to be a systematic way of approach from problem identification until we arrive at the alternates and solution. Below are the points which justifies my approach.

When you are making critical decision in business, it is always important to breakdown the problems in to pieces and come out of the possibilities for better decision making which I see in this approach.
This approach always have an alternate solution for each problem
Diagnosing each of the problem is always good to arrive at the right decision
Any decision which are made needs to be analysed and evaluation. When we start doing the evaluation you will come across actualalities and avoid the problem making decisions
