Confidentiality Agreement – As per confidentiality agreement, a person or a party who signed off confidential agreement with any organization or institute, then he agrees to keep the information confidential means the person or the party needs to keep the information within himself and will not disclose the information among other people/ friends. This agreement clause is basically to keep and maintain the confidential information safe and secure in the organization. It helps to avoid the spread of confidential information among other non-required people.
