The various strategies to be used based on interpersonal and interagency strategies are as follows
Forcing is the use of formal authority for satisfying the concerns related to other party that is involved in the party.
Accommodating is using the other party for satisfaction of their concerns and neglecting one's own concerns.
Compromising is resolving the conflict by recognising a solution which can be applied in a partial manner to both the parties but it is not entirely satisfactory for both the parties.
Collaborating strategy is merging with the other parties to express own concerns and find a mutual ground.
It is necessary to set priorities and communication skills can be improved to deal with the conflict situation.
