Leaders of any organization should represent a critical set of behaviors and disciplines that one must possess to advance and succeed as a leader. Following traits are the basic requirements in a leader
Chemistry
Success as a leader requires a natural ability to engage with others. This means having a genuine demeanor and a desire to guide and inspire those around them
Conviction
A prospective leader will have continually shown to be passionate about the organization’s mission, values and purpose. Leadership requires the ability to display conviction about protecting the company’s central ethos and the values its brand represents.
Character
To be an effective leader, you must live what you stand for. This means that your personal brand is always active and aligned with the values of your organization.
Commitment
A prospective leader must have consistently shown throughout their relationships and responsibilities to be accountable in both good and bad times.
Courage
You know when an employee is ready to advance into a leadership role when they have proven to be courageous enough to push the envelope without creating disruption.

Benefits plays major role while selecting job after graduation. Because this initial benefits set the tone for further growth in life on personal and professional front.
Monetary Benefits and life and health related insurance are basic benefits which are required. Other than this the major benefits are how organization provides opportunity for further development of an individual by its training and development program also plays major role.
The benefits which are least important are annual travelling expense, mobile reimbursements etc.
