Track a marathon runner’s average running speed using MATLAB. The winners in the marathon usually run 42 km in 2 hrs
Calculate his/her average speed in km/hrs. Depending on his average speed, tell the user whether his/her current running time is sufficient, whether he/she needs to train twice as much, whether he/she needs to participate just for the free goodies they give when signing up.

Once the average speed (in km/hour) is determined, the following rules apply:
Average speed > 21 km/hr ?good chance of winning
21 km/hr = Average speed > 18 km/hr ?need to train just a little more
18 km/hr = Average speed > 10 km/hr ? need to train twice as much
10 km/hr = Average speed ?participate just for the goodies.
