I have an IT individual project due by midnight tonight and due to my work schedule I don't really have time to work on this. If someone could help me out it'd be greatly appreciated below is the assignment.

Employees' computers get infected and attacked in many different ways, including infected web downloads, passing viruses via email, using weak passwords and sharing confidential information without proper security.

For this assignment, do the following:

Name and describe 4 key security tips you would share with your coworkers to keep their data safe, their computers free from malware, and to thwart any attacks.
Describe how these tips are implemented and why these are important.

4 Ways to keep your data safe 1 - Use good password practices, use a password of greater than 8 characters that isn't found in a dictionary. Change your passwords often, and don't use the same password for every account you have. 2 - Antivirus/Firewall - If your computer can handle it, use two antivirus & Firewall solutions. Keep your virus definitions updated. While this won't protect you from 0-day attacks it should keep outdated attacks from gaining privileges over you. 3 - Physical security - Keep your computer in a safe location. If you use a laptop, don't let people look over your shoulder to see possibly sensitive information. Don't print off confidential or sensitive information. 4 - Practice careful browsing, don't open links you get in emails and never send sensitive information over unencrypted websites.
