Research Motivation;

Large parts of Africa suffer an acute shortage of petroleum products that erases an opportunity to increase the GDP and standard of living of the people in the continent. It is an irony that there are huge volumes of petroleum products being transacted in the area, but still, there are shortages abound.

To solve this glaring issue, Trinity Energy Sudan has taken an initiative to set up huge storage depots especially in the country of Sudan.

Research objective:

As mentioned above, the objective is to study the company, Trinity Energy Sudan in detail and how it is solving the issue of petroleum shortages in the continent of Africa, especially in Sudan.

The Company Details:

By different estimates, the monthly requirement of petroleum and its associated products in South Sudan stands at approximately 40 Million liters a month.

In an effort to solve this issue, Trinity Energy Limited ventured out for a strategic decision to install and build South Sudan’s largest Petroleum Storage Depot which has a massive capacity of 6 Million liters in various parts of the country.

In this regard, it is very interesting to understand the mission, vision, and motto of the company. Studying all these three statements, it is clear that the company is looking to become a major player in the East & Central Africa plus solve the energy crisis in Africa by building an ecosystem of storage facilities and network across the country.
