1.) Community partnerships is a group of organizations belonging to a particular community that joins their hands to do welfare activities for their community. These activities could include educational initiative, women empowerment etc.

2.) Collaboration is defined as working with some other individual, group or organisation for a common goal . This approach is preferred because it brings competencies of all the collaborating partners at one place, so their strength increases and hence work could be done more efficiently. It would be easier to just pass the laws but the quality of the output will not be that great, as its implementation will not be good
