The corrective action would be to check the the stage at which the finished product is getting deteroriated post production , whether handling at collection point,packing point,while shifting to storage space, at storage space while stocking or during shifting to transport vehicle , during transit , at distributor or retailer before reaching at the hands of the endconsumer. The approach must be system oriented rather than person centric. The processes of handling post production to end consumer must be standardised as per good practices so that each individual should follow the process and standard procedures raher than following its own way.The non conformities must be recorded , training of the invloved people-old and new joinees repeatedly should be done and corrective and preventive action must be taken. If the work is done as per standard operating procedures the output quality would be maintained.
