Then that person asked Pablo to again insert his card into the first machine to make sure it was still working. Pablo did not understand that when he left the ATMs, both machines were activated with his account. Further, the Citibank manager believes that the unknown person probably saw Pablo enter his four-digit number and then used Pablo’s number to withdraw the maximum amount allowed ($200) from each machine. When we entered the ATM should be very careful while taking the money from our accounts.So,it was the pablo mistake of listening the others words and done what the other person said.As he claims the bank but it was not the banks mistake and they cannot do anything with the lost money.If he file a case and by judgements he could get the money back but according to my view banks are not responsible for bringing back his money.Banks can provide only the cctv footage.By this they can bring money back.
Bank take the desicion on the basis of legal,ethical and sustainable business because sometimes by discussing all the members of the bank they can sue half amount sometimes.By taking these decision can claim the money bank.Bank should take the decisions according to the law or its administration because without these they cannot to anything to the pablo.
