People need to understand that what they do matters, remaind them of the importance of their work and that affects the organization, customers and even the country
Given people rewards (not just money) and keep appreciating the good work they do is a greay way to make your employees more conscious, also when you need to give a negative feedback always do it privatly but when its possitive you do it publicly
