Sub: Highlighting the wrong management policies in the organization

Dear Editor,

I would like to focus you on the current organizational policies which are following in the organization are not soothing an employee’s needs. The organizations are running with full force, the employees are also working as the opportunities are less in this field, to feed themselves it is necessary for them to continue with the job and to sustain their livelihood. These are the common incidents which the employees are facing in the organizational environment.

The effects are they themselves trying to fit into their position but the question is still there, are they working efficiently for the organizations? To motivate an employee it is required to provide him/her all the facilities in the organization. Good Policies like taking leaves, medical benefits, salary, and incentives are too important aspects of a good working environment in an organization. I have surveyed different organization and have taken their views about their satisfaction level it is found that 50% satisfied and rest 50% are not happy with the organization's processes. Some are also complaining to the labor union to sort the issue of their organization as they feel that the ethical practices are not satisfactory as per the industry standards. Some have also planned to change their job and started to find a new job for them.

The conditions are pathetic as no company is following the law for policies that are made by the government for the industry standard purposes. The solution which I want to bring in the system is that government should take a major action in this regard to find out the list of the organization so that proper actions can be taken for them. Some companies also not providing salaries which is a major problem that the employees are facing in the organization. After working effectively the company’s are taking care of their employees to provide salary on time. There are some organizations that do a breach of their policy by diverting the employees by many aspects like a loss in the fund or not optimum growth. The employees get confused and the organizations get succeeded by making fool to them. Salaries, as compared to work, are not providing to the employees this is the root cause that the employees are searching for new jobs.

The best and one of the most important solutions is to highlight the matter so that it can be seen by the government to take quick actions to mitigate this situation. This highlight will bring many employees to raise their voice about a different type of issues that they are facing daily in their working environment. The only solution is that government should take the initiative to sort out the issue then only the problem will be solved otherwise not. The government has the power to take legal proceedings to them and employees who are facing day to day incident should not keep quiet, they must raise their voice and make an appeal to the local labor union organization. The voice needs to be loud and this will help the employees to make a way out in this situation.

It is requested to you, as an editor of such a reputed newspaper, I will request you to publish this incident in your esteemed column of the newspaper so that government and all other people should get to know about the happenings and within time proper actions can be taken.
