Your assignment will be to research and provide information on new furniture and office design trends Midland should consider implementing.

Work spaces for 20 people (some sort of desk and chair)

1 table and chairs (to seat 12)

3 horizontal file cabinets

10 vertical file cabinets

20 personal computers (not Macs)

4 laptops (not Macs)

2 workstations that encourage group collaboration (if your workstations do not include an electronic whiteboard, you'll need to include those in your design and costs)

1 additional item you would add to the workspace
