The only difference in the group ranking and ranks being assigned individually is that group has given the MANUFACTURING RANK 5 and DISTRIBUTION RANK 7 because the group thinks that manufacturing process is an earlier stage in the business chain ,thus improving manufacturing process first will yield the better results, but in my opinion Distribution channel must be decided early as it includes packaging ,transportation as well, making manufacturing decisions based on distribution will give the organization a first hand in the operations.
