When entering the ipconfig /all in my command prompt i get this information

From there I'm trying to gather information, i have filled it out to the best of my knowledge.

I feel like thats the correct answer but just making sure. Also last question

Using AND Notation = 10000011 10110111 11011110 00000000
= 131 183 222 0
so with that would i just have: 1 | 0000001 - 1 | 1111110 as my answer?
