1. To provide best search results to any queries posted by users.
2. To provide the best possible user experience to customers.
3. To keep updating its algorithms.
HCM practices best aligned to Google's goals:
1. Innovation should be a key result area for the employees apart from the regular work done by them.
2. Hierarchy and bureaucracy should be as less as possible to continue with the entrepreneurial culture.
3. Employees should be allowed to fail. If they don't fail, they won't try hard enough.
Basic Practice- This is a hygiene factor. Every company should have this. The presence of this practice won't motivate the employees but the absence of this practice would definitely demotivate the employees.
