Operations Head responsible for operations and maintenance of customer Telecom Infrastructure at sites

Responsible for Profit & Loss of Circle Business Operations in state of J&K & UP (West).
To ensure Preventive Maintenance as per schedule & timely closure of routine and minimize breakdown maintenance
Service & Project Planning, Execution, directing & controlling project teams, monitoring & scheduling site activities to ensure completion of the product installations within the time and budgetary parameters.
To carry site out audits of the Customer sites for physical verifications of assets, engineering practices
& safety and cost saving proposals.
Formulation & adherence to Scope of Work & Annual Maintenance Contracts of Passive Infrastructure installed at sites
To implement & maintain productivity targets, statistics, training for all supervised staff
To ensure direct, effective & timely communication of requests for actions, responses to clients’ requests, Daily progrees report , MIS & routine reporting to HO, other lead engineers and all supervised staff.
To prepare Annual & Monthly budget, long term & short term resource allocation reports for all active projects to management
