1. i want to discuss about Deloitte, which is one of the best firm in the area of financial services. the head quarter is locataed in US and operating its services from India also. the major business area is from India only. the way it treats its employees is best in all aspects when compares to any other firm and even with compare with any other industry. it is one of the best services provider in preperation of tax statements, financial analysis, firm valuation, and related services.
it provides best services to its customers, best facilities to employees, good returns to promoters, good reputation to the nations which it doing business.
2. the company follows no culture, it gives freedome to its employees to follow what ever they wish and they want. they consider the values and priorities of its employees in all levels and facilitate their policies to support and encourage them. in India there are many religions, cutures, traditions, and casts, and many people comes from different nations, where each one have their own ethics, values, morals, prorities and preferences, where this firm creates paltforms for all these people.
3. i want to work for this firm which satisfies the obligations of all its stakeholders. particularly it provides good conducive work environment to its employees. the work is quite difficult in nature, but the support from the people is amazing. they always encourages people towards work, towards innovations, towards new ideaologies and so on. they provide good number of holidays to its employees, paid holidays too. good support for those who are parents to kids, provides work from any where facility, flexible working hours, clean and neat maintanance of work area, and many others.
they pay good salaries, transportation allowances, house rental allowances, insurance facilities and medical checkup facilities, provident fund facility, communication bill payment, family trips for twice in an year, career development opportunities like support for further education to its employees, training programs to its employees and so on.
4. i feel amazing about this firm for not only its profits, for its treatment all its stakeholders.
