I have solved this problem 1) log on to traceroute.org then select region you want e.g if you select USA-> then select any institute domain nowselect traceroute option & print your destination domain nameor IP address now it'll calculate complete traceroute. Repeat this procedure for 3 different hours of the day. save allyour work for later reference Now you are ready to answer all questions. Q.1 to find average & std deviation consider 1st RTT delay ofthree trials of each router in your traceroute. calculate avg & std deviation of delay of 3 readings like 3diff hours of the day. e.g 0.45ms (9am) + 0.56ms(10am)+ 0.65ms(11am) these are 3 readingsof the same traceroute. Q.2 No. of routers means check either name of the router orIP address if name is same then check IP address if it's differentthen make a count otherwise it belongs to same ISP so don't countit. Q.3 to find ISP network check router name or it's IP address ifit's same then same ISP n/w otherwise different one.
