Explanation / Answer
Ans of Q:2 WE KNOW THAT ROUTER HAVEITS OWN ROUTING TABLE AND SWITCHES THEIR OWN. LET SAY THAT THERE IS A ROUTER"R1" TWO COMP ARE ATTACHED TO IT . OK AND ROUTRE"R2" 2 COMPUTERS ARE ALSO CONNECTED TO IT. IF U SEE THE ROUTING TABLE OF ROUTER1 IT WILL SHOW ONLY DIRECTLYCONNECTED DEVICES 2 PC'S IP ADRESS AND 1 NETWORK ID. SAME IS THE SITUATION WITH R2. IF YOU WANT TO PING THE ANY PC OF ROUTER R2 WHILESTANDING ON ROUTER R1 YOU CANT DO THAT BEC AS I TOLD THAT ITWILL SHOW THE DIRECTLY CONECTED DEVICES.ONLY SO THEN THERE IS NEED OF ROUTING PROTOCOLS U RUNTHE SPECIFIC PROTOCOL LIKE RIP OR OSPF. AFTER PUTTING THE ENTERIESIN THE ROUTING TABLE OF R1 AND R2 . WHUEN U WILL SEE THE ROUTINGTABLE OF R1 IT WILL NOT ONLY SHOW THE DIRECTLY CONECTED DEVICES BUTALSO THE IPS OF OTHERS PCS CONECTED WITH ROUTER R2. ONCE U HAVE THE IPS OF ALL DEVICES IN U ROUTING TABLENOW U CAN PING. IF U CAN PING THOSE IPS IT MEANS U CAN DO ANYTHING Q3: IPV6 IS BEST AS COPMARE TOIPV4 BEC I CONTAINS 128 BITS IN IP. NOT 32. SO U DONT HAVE TO INDULDGE INSUBNETING CONCEPT AGAIN AND AGAIN. I HOPE I WILL BE HELP FUL 4 U IF READ IT WITHCARE. DONT FORGET TO RATE.Related Questions
