Big five personality profile gives us a basis on the basis of which we can classify individuals into five personality categories, 1) Openness to experience 2) Extraversion 3) Consicetiousness 4) Agreeableness 5) Neuroticism

I am agree with its result if an instructor has properly conducted the interview of individual so as to find out the characteristics they shown on regular basis.

For example: A person will be classify under Neuroticism if he always cries even on small trouble at the workplace.

Even an instructor may sumup all the scores based on the structured questions and from the predetermined list of score for 5 dimensions, he may complete the classification of personality types. There is an another reason that this model is quite easy for understanding.
