Suppose you have global administration responsibility for a distributed system with multiple system administrators reporting to you. As part of your responsibility, you are required to monitor and report system administration status to your superiors.

Describe how you would manage administrative duties for your distributed network. Describe how you would divide the responsibilities; how you would measure administrator compliance, and how you would respond to both underachievers and overachievers on your team.

Here are some of the roles of n/w admin

Designing and planning the network

Setting up the network

Maintaining the network

Expanding the network

He is responsible for maintaining, monitoring, administering and repairing information/communication technology hardware/software equipment, analyzing client requests for service and maintenance.

In admistrative duties of ditributed n/w is all monitering sholud be connect to on distributed system
*The main Admin should moniter which n/w is not connect,and he indentify the problem where we are lossing connection
whetehr may be s/w,hardware error or gateway problem or any thing of issue should be identofied in the sub level and immedtely respones to the main admin who is present in the distributed system.

When ever he will get the request from the sub admin he will check where the exact problem and intimate to the sub admin where the root cause and solve ASAP other wise there will be a problem all the live project are running without the n/w they are unable to process.

If the sytem fails we have more node that should be automatically that should be in cluster in load balancer,the way we have desinged the n/w.

every thing shuold know about the entire structure of the n/w then only he will find the root cause easily and solve ASAP.

my reponse is to find the root cause if where the failure and what the exact problem idetified.

if the more than the no of sytems should be added in the n/w,if the usage of the some systems is not requied then we change our reqirement to limited sytems that should be done
