For this assignment, put yourself in the position of an Assistant Director for county emergency management, your Director is going to speak at a community meeting after allegations have been made that a low socio-economic area of your county did not get the same pre-hurricane preparations (e.g., sandbags, access to shelters, county funded transportation.) as other areas of the county.  These allegations are not true. The hurricane hit the region hard and this low socio-economic area received significant damage. Local residents are now very upset. Additionally, this is an election year and the county commissioner are very concerned this will affect their re-election possibilities.

Every corporation has a policy concerning CSR and produces a report annually detailing its activity. The Corporate Social Responsibility is the relationship between the global corporations, government and individual citizens. The Director should consider few points in mind before putting up the minutes in his meeting that is accountability , transparency and sustainability.
