During that time, he received two promotions and five raises (for merit), exceeded all sales expectations assigned to him, and earned the following praise from his supervisor, Benjamin: “You keep doing this type of work, and you can work for us as long as you wish.” Last week Margareth, the president of Wassira Enterprises, wrote an email to Jakaya stating that Friday would be his last day at work. No explanation was given for the dismissal.

Wassira Eneterprises did not violate the law as it is already mentioned in the human resource management policy documents .The employer can fire an employee due to bad reason , good reason or without any reason. Jakaya is not entitled to tort or contract damages as it is a contractual agreement in which Wassira Enterprises can dismiss any employee without establishing cause for termination or without giving any reason and warning.

It is unethical to dismiss Jakaya since he served Wassira Enterprises for six years and got several recommendations and promotions .Being a star performer he should be informed about the reasons of firing him or cautioned before this decision.He has contributed in the growth of Wassira enterprises since his tenure with it.
