Google Drive has providing only 5 gb of data storage where are Microsoft web apps has providing 7 gb.

Documents created in google drive will open in any type format only where as microsoft web apps will doenloaded and can be used with single format only.

Google Drive will give the capacity upto 100gb but Microsoft web apps will not having any problem.

In my opinion google drive is the best option because in google drive we might have the featres like sharing the file , moving, deleting files etc. Also itsupports all the types of data.We can directly send that sheet and etc.
