Logistics is one of the most important parts of the organisation and it is the most initial part of the supply chain network for an organisation as well. I work at a laptop manufacturing company

My company is a laptop assembling company in which we take different components from suppliers and later assemble them in our assembly unit or assembly line.
After assembling the laptops are distributed via distributor system to the end customer.

Our company's logistics structure is as follows

Our company talks to suppliers for the parts they need. A qc is done to meet the respective standards.
First supplier talks to the second supplier for raw material to manufacture the parts we need to assemble our product.
First supplier talk to the basic raw material supplier to get the fully raw material to produce the secondary raw material for the first supplier.
All the parts are obtained from different chains and then they are assembled in the plant and then stored in warehouses.
Packed product is sent out to the distributors.
Distributors send those products to the retailers.
Then the product is finally sold to the end customer.

Logistics plays an important role in determining the overall availability of the past as well as different factors which influence the overall availability of the product components towards a specific manufacturing unit.
By having a specific Logistic network for the company or company directly increases the overall productivity level as efficiency of supply chain network which plays an important role in producing the specific manufacturing and resale values for the specific company.

Our company's logistics system is one of the most effective logistics systems in IT field and it is very eco friendly as the use the most sustainable as well as eco friendly resources for maintaining the overall sustainability of Logistic network. This is specific sustainability help our company to grow readily inside the business structure.
Using biofuel as the main fuel for transportation and provision of the greenery sources by using the eco friendly recycled cardboard boxes is one of the main strategies for logistic network of our company. This specific practice also increases the overall Ethics of the company and creates a positive brand image in the society.

Environmental program for the specific Logistic Company could be very beneficial as it provides specific measurements to different aspects of environment friendly as well as disrupting factors
