Abstract: Subscriber losses at DISH Network continue to multiply. The satellite TV provider lost thousands of subscribers last quarter. Comparatively, their rivals AT&T's, Direc TV added thousands of subscribers during the same period.This research aims at finding out the reasons behind this change.
Research question: The key research question, to which my research will be finding answer to is: To determine the reason behind why the subscribers are discontinuing their DISH Network.
Research hypothesis: The reason behind this continuous drop in subscription of DISH Network may be the competing over-the-top services from AT&T, Hulu, and YouTube.
Purpose of the study/ Significance of the study:
This research will add to the knowledge behind the reason of Loss in customer subscription day by day of dish network. And if reached a possible conclusion will determine the ways that DISH network can apply the findings to raise their customer count.
