You must also propose and discuss ways that computing professionals are contributing or might contribute to the solution of the problems that you identified.

Explanation / Answer

Some of the social national and global issue related to computing and software are listed below:

1. The way people work has changed: jobs are changing, computers are being used in the workplace, people are working more flexibly, telecommuting. Should figure out the way to survive side by side with the technology. Need to figure out way to create more jobs not reduce them.

2. Income and Productivity has increased. Pay has gone down. The manual labor has decreased, Work become easy. Less work more pay.

3. Privacy and security issues at all personal, national and global level. Data security. Can be resolved by having more robust security protocals and firewalls.

4. Cyber crimes and networking ethics need to be followed by all the professionals.
