Explanation / Answer
Selection plan:
The first part of the selection plan is when Human Resources receives a notification from a manager that he/she wants/needs to hire someone to an specific position becuase the workload has increase or because someone gave the 2 week notice and its leaving the Company.
Human resources create a recruitment advertisment that is shared on the companie’s website and any other recruitment websites.
After certain period of time, Human Resources will review the information of the candidates who have applied for the job and will do a screening process over the phone, Skype or any other platform that will allow HR to communicate with the candidates.
The candidates that after the screening process are still likely to me hired will be Schedule to an interview with HR and with the manager of the area.
If there are many candidates that HR thinks could be a good fit to the Company then group interviews will be conducted.
After the interviews HR and the manager of the area will select the candidate to offer him/her the position
