3.Better Quality

Telemedicine offers the better quality of services as all the data and information plus prescriptions are available online and anyone can access it for their use, so it creates better care and quality of services.

Disadvantages:

1.Technical Training and Equipment

Purchase of equipment and training of employees becomes the herculean task and needs a lot of time. This affects the final ROI. Also, the entire staff needs to be very well trained so that they can actually understand the prescription and usage.

2.Complex policies and fees rules/structure

The laws for telemedicine are not well established and the fees and reimbursement policies are dependent on much of company’s discretion. This finally affects the patient's care and the financial liability
