Through all of these websites, I found the Auxillium West Human Resource software website the most interesting. This site offers two types of HR methods. The first is called the HR Manager, this method presents the big picture and is relevant to managing people in organizations (West, 2017). Here we can figure out the most effective ways of organizing compensation and benefits, legal issues, staffing and what the most effective way to run the company are. The other method is called the Virtual HR Department, this method is a step by step detailed way to train new HR staff or to ensure consistency of HR practices within an organization (West, 2017). With this method, management looks into the best strategies for managing talent, managing performance and employee engagement. Essentially this strategy will keep track of how well your employees are developing and gives them the right tools to develop into the most successful employee they can be in the company. When it comes to human resource management, an integrated and interrelated approach to managing human resources that fully recognizes the interdependence among the various tasks and functions that must be performed. (Denisi, 2017) The combination of these two methods gives the company the best of both worlds with what is needed to successfully run the Human Resource department. As this website integrates two integral strategies for HR that both benefit the employee and the employer, I believe this is an efficient way of conducting HR in most large businesses. It uses the language of technology and gives management ways to analyze the most effective ways to manage employees and their needs.

Both the strategies mentioned above looks promising if integrated together and implemented well. In the book, Human Resource Management in Virtual Organization it is elaborated further that hr executives are finding new ways to restructure the hr practices so that it can be benefitted for the company. IT is the backbone of Virtual HR management. IT allows to keep large number of employee data and a case history of each employee. Through this, new information can be collected after reconfigure the whole data feeded in the hard disk.
Nowdays, HR staff can deliver HR service from anywhere you need them to be. Now there is no need of several HR offices in all branches. One HR department at head office can easily manage the other offices aound the world. Thus, it decreases the overhead costs within the organizations. Regular feedbacks on employees performance at work can be given and this makes employees motivated and alert at the same time which leads to the productivity.
But what I truly believe is that human touch should be there along with machines and other technologies being implemented in virtual hr management. Problems can be solved by a small discussion between hr manager and an employee as basic and most important work of any HR department is to help employees work better.
