I need help doing 8 pg formal report... I need (summary, Introduction).

Topic:

Your organization needs to upgrade its computer equipment. A suggestion has been made that leasing this equipment could be more advantageous than purchasing the equipment. You have been asked by management to investigate these options. Research both purchasing and leasing computer equipment, noting the advantages and disadvantages of each. Based on your research and conclusions, offer recommendations to your management.

Explanation / Answer

For both options there is some advantages and also disadvantages.

If they bought new equipment they had their own authority on those equipment and they can use as their requirement.

But if they take that equipment as lease basis we have to be very careful with that equipment and also there is some restrictions on usage.

If our own equipment is damaged we can repair the damaged one with exact amount for the repair.

But if we take lease if any damage they may totally replace the damaged item that gives an additional burden for the company.

And also if we take lease we have to recruit one person from the company which we take lease that also an additional cost for the company.
