Firstly the process of globalisation is to combine all the industries across the countries to made one product.

There is a considerable amount of change in the current communities as all the products they are buying or preferring was made by the othee countries as they are getting those things in the low of cost considered with the things made in the own country this leads to the unemployment of local manufacturers and leads to the shutdown of the company.

Actually if the house holditems or some other which as labelled as other countries even they are labelled such actually those are manufactured in our country only but the formula and some items used to manufacture imported from other country.

This causes the considerable amount of employment in both in country and the other country.

People always choose the products or items which they get for low price with some good quality..

If we take education ,jobs , or movies anything those all are now globalised.

People from all over the world studying in different countries of their choice, jobs are also like that ,and also movies which entertains the people all over the world without any local feelings people are also encouraging leads to the the more investment and returns also.

On the flipside there is both negatives and positives

On the negative side some local people are getting unemployed because the people from other countries do the sam work with relatively small salaries.

On the positive side all the countries being friendly amd helping each other this gives more benefits to the countries.

For some areas globalisation gives Very good results amd for some areas it givea negative effect.
