A business communication class at Northland University was asked by the campus bookstore manager, Patrick Sykes, to conduct a survey. Concerned about the environment, Mr. Sykes wants to learn students’ reactions to eliminating the use of plastic bags, the bookstore gives away 35,000 annually.
