The system that I have selected for the purpose of this answer is a gaming console. I will now describe the disappointments I have with the new Nintendo Switch gaming console.

The gaming console is portable and allows the user to be able to play the game without the need to have to sit at their home in front of a screen. The design issue that I have with the console is the problem where it scratches the surface badly when it is inserted or removed from the dock that is required for it to work as a console. This is a design flaw where they should have tested the implementation of the console outside its intended use in portable scenarios. It can however also be considered as a trade-off due to the fact that the main purpose of this console was to give the ability to the user to allow them to use this device on the go. The fact that the aspect which isn't the highlight of the console hasn't been paid attention to is like a trade-off for functionality over effectiveness.
