Online Virtual lab is a web based application which will provide a simulation to the e-learning students to enhance their degree of excellence in distance learning education and to improve their practical skills related to science and technology fields. This web application will give an online laboratory environment, where an e-Learner performs practical work. This solution overcomes the problems faced in rural areas due to insufficient time and practical instruments/apparatus used in science laboratories. It is also beneficial for enhancing the students research oriented studies. By using this application lab experiments can be taught more efficiently and less expensively. The virtual labs can be made available to students with no access to physical labs or where equipment is not available. ELearning students can access these online experiments at home, anytime and anywhere. The application should have graphical user interface which have apparatus and practical instruments objects. The interface should provide selection of computer science practical courses such as programming course, digital logic design, and software engineering etc and under this select the introduction, experiment lists of selected topics, procedure of performing experiments, reference materials etc

In Online Virtual Lab, Raw input can be taken from various sources such as feedback of existing systems in the market, what new feature user wants?, market strategies, long term or short term.
Domain analysis also helps in faster development,Better system,Anticipation of extensions.
1)Introduction: Online Virtual Lab,the motivation for the domain analysis is to develop a new system that would improve upon existing systems.It will help students in enhancing their research skills related to science and technology related with fast response time and flexibility. This solution overcomes the problems faced in rural areas due to insufficient time and practical instruments/apparatus used in science laboratories.
2)Glossary: Much of the special terminology for this domain will be technology or science related but some of them also related to interaction with another expertise.
3)General knowledge about the domain: need to maintain statics about what type of research is going on?, students are getting enough amount of resources for research purpose, what are the diffrent catagories for research and elearning. how to allocate resources to the students?. like we have numbers of catagories programming course, digital logic design, and software engineering under which select the introduction, experiment lists of selected topics, procedure of performing experiments, reference materials etc.
4)Customers and users: in this domain all enties included in the system define there roles. Students, they wants to develop and enhanve his/her own skills by using all features of online web laboratory which simulated ,other entity is , Company wants to give best to students and make some good profit.
5)Tasks and procedures currently performed: In current scenario there is no application of such kind which is providng simulated equipments, A student can do research in one or more topics but of same topics because no one is expertise in 2 subjects. when number of login get high we will maintain this by no of servers
or by distributed application.
6)Competing software: There are sevral product in market but each and every product comes with some new features, in our Online Virtual Lab, a student can do practice and research on topics by using simulated equipments from home even rural area students can access these resources. Our application is providing refrence books and which are managed according to interest.
7)Similarities across domains and organizations: resouces like simulated equipments must be allocated in a manner so that they can be utilize maximum.
