Before going to buy anything a customer need to do a proper research on many factors of the products, the company doing it as what has been the history of it , how well it has been doing in recent past , how much company stands for what it says, it will give a idea about whether to go for this product or not as in case the company has a history of bad service then don't go for it.And if you now have faith in company next is to do a research whether similar product is in market or not and if yes what extra features this company is giving.Compare different parameters like price hardware used features provided. Many times what companies says and claims doesnot fulfill and ends up customer in issues so its customer's responsibility to do a full research.
