How to make a code using excel

Hi

I would like to create a code maker for people that sign up for registration.

How I would like to do it is for example; Mike Smith's code to be 13S1215 which breaks down to be 13,S,12,1,5.

13 is for M which is the 13th letter in the alphabet

S is first letter of his 2nd name

12 is first numbers from the date

1 is for male

and 5 is for E the 1st letter of England.

so for Amy Owen her code would be 01,O,13,2,9
