I choose Google . The Google strategic priority are as follows :

1.Google strategy based on Porter's model differentions . This strategy has wide market scope . Google try their best to offer the products in all over world . Through the generic differentions strategy Google enjoy the competitive advantage . Because Google has monopoly market so it's enjoy their competitive advantage to uniqueness their product . Google continuously try to give tough competition to Yahoo, bingo etc

2.Increasing market share : Google continuously try to increase their market share in a competitive environment . Google search engine is not monopoly market in every country because in some country their own search engine which increase the competition for it but Google try to get biggest share in online advertising market.

Market extend : Google try to market extend in their other product also. For it Google try to apply many strategies for e.g Google product Google fibre is only available in some countries like USA and nearby country .but Google try effort to extend their market in more country .

Innovation product development : Google continuously strive to innovate new product in market so Google create channel for more income for e.g. Google launch their mobile device like Nexus , this is highly innovative technology for product development so this innovation product helps to Google give more buisness .

The high strategic functions are as follows : the Google is biggest interner giant company . Google serve their service in all over the world .And there is no completions of Google. To remain their position in the market Google many high strategic functions

Product diversification: Google initially start their company in search engine but after a period of time , he know to remain in market at top it need product diversification so apart with Google search engine Google start their product like Google maps , Google news , Google translation , laptop , mobile etc Google diversified so many products .

Expansions and Acquistation : apart from product diversification, Google also acquire many company . Because Acquistation is an important part for any buisness to grow buisness and extend the buisness in the market . That's why Google use this strategies to expand their buisness growth in the market for e.g Google acquired YouTube, SkyBox to clear satellite for give proper directions on Google maps . So this Acquistation helps to Google extend their market share and improve marketing strategy.

Generate more revenue : Google is internet giant create their another service which is online advertising . This is important source of income for Google . Because via Google many sellers get their potential customers so that's why many sellers give advertisement and for every advertisement Google charges their fees. So this strategy to work generate revenue for Google  

Google monitor their employees so well because Google understand the employees are the great asset of company and without employees it's can not achieve their target or goals so Google always motivate their employees and employees also give quality of performance so if Google employees work well and help to Google to accomplish their goal for which Google strategies .

When company strategies their plan related to market , sales , productivity etc so this will never invite to HR team to participate it, but Hr functions play important role in it because without employees it's not possible to get accomplish goal so if HR recruit right person on right time that helps to business make strategies and to achieve their long term target.

Planning : HR team planning and forcasting that how much employees need and what is qualifications is required for it . HR also check the relative skills that required for job . So this all give affects on future goal of company because if right candidate get select then it will enhance the performance of organization .So if I were HR I analyse and plan accordingly what types of candidate company require .

Targeting : Targeting employees we target employees for some specific project for e g Google diversified their product to mobile and target soft engineer employees so HR target to recruit the best soft engineer for Google so aim of company to enhance their product market to be accomplish.

Recruiting : the main aim of HR to choose right candidate on right time . Recruiting is the important process for any organizations . Under this process HR analyse what type of candidate company needs after that shortlisting of employees then calls for PI (personal interview) . In this interview HR check important skills which require for the company . So after that HR recruit right candidate in right place on right time .

Training : After recruiting training is an important part of job . Without training candidate not able to Develop skills and knowledge for their competencies .training main aim to improve one's capability so it's helps to give performance well and achieve desire goals and objectives. Training is also crucial part of HR which helps in Buisness strategy of Google
