Firstly, thank you my team for excellent cooperation as always! It was great experience working with you all! I’ve adopted team working strategy from previous PM , they’ve set the tone for our team to be efficient and productive. Team member input and cooperation is another thing that I’m proud of my team, we’ve been actively collaborating throughout the weeks, exchanging ideas, and conducting assignments. Not only for finishing the assignments, but also work to improve ourselves in the field.

Project successes:

1. Some areas of improvement could be communicating status of work without me as PM having to check on it and responding to communication from PM, acknowledging that notes were received. Caring about details could improve as well. Work was completed before the deadline and the team kept to the deadlines we decided on as a group for the various parts of the assignment.

2.We had a smooth two weeks as a result of the team's strong work ethic, cooperative attitude, and reliability coupled with my leadership, clear timeline/ instructions, and reminders. One of these without the other would not have been nearly as effective in us reaching our goal with less stress.

Challenges:

Communication should be on time: This is very important to keep everyone aware of what is going on, where we are and what is next step. Project manager must be very active to communicate the information on time avoiding any conflicts and confusion enabling smooth flow of work.

We got a lot of work these two weeks: individual paper, prepare for final exam. We didn't have enough time to set up meetings.

Lesson learned:

1. Project manager should have clear vision of the work assigned and plan the agenda so that time is not wasted during meetings.

2. After the establishment of the project team, it is necessary to clarify the responsibilities and roles of each member of the team. We should not only responsible for our own parts but also need to help improving other parts to get a better work.

3. It is of great importance for the project team to have an appropriate schedule for each assignment. Because the schedule may be a standard for team members to execute the assignment with a better efficiency.

4. Group learning is a process of gradual learning. Not just learn new knowledge, but also learn how to cooperate with others, how to communicate with each team member, learn how to work effectively and do your job better. When time goes by, team members become more and more tacit to complete the task.

5. The team needs to check and discuss the final version of the assignment several times in order to make the assignment more perfect.

Once again, I would like to thank my team for their best efforts and support throughout the last two weeks.

Explanation / Answer

I have learnt from the project that communication is the key of success. According to the project management, increase amount of communication inside the project provides a very positive support as well as clear responsibilities are essential to provide fair usage of the employment. I have also learnt Group learning can also be very beneficial and group efforts are essential for a project to success. Perfection requires proper audit of the final assignment which is also necessary to create equality in the final assessment process.
Using all these Strategies and learning all these strategies was the most important part of the specific project and I want to thank you my team for working on an effective an affirmative project.
