Simple Column + Row = ? Problem..... I think!!

Im not even sure where to start with this..

I have two spreadsheets one called DATA and the other called REPORT. When I enter variables in the two green cells of the REPORT spreadsheet I need it to extract the information from the DATA spreadsheet and fill in the yellow cell in the REPORT spreadsheet.

What formula should I use?

Please keep in mind that these clips are just tiny pieces extracted from much larger spreadsheets, I am trying to learn the principles so I can apply them to the larger spreadsheets...

Try this formula in cell C3 of sheet2..

=VLOOKUP(A3,'sheet1'!$A$2:$K$5,MATCH(B3,'sheet1'!$A$2:$K$2,0),0)
