Here I attached one sample sheet..thiss is my data base..

I want to look up these data by month/center wise ...

.if I put month or month code in an another sheet..., i will get all revenue details with center wise..

Please help me...

Hi,

I changed your table to include a month in every columns as below.

I then created another table in a different sheet as below.

The formula in B2 is this. Drag right and down.

=SUMPRODUCT((Sheet2!$B$3:$B$6=$A2))*(Sheet2!$C$2:$J$2=B$1)*(Sheet2!$C$1:$J$1=$A$1)*(Sheet2!$C$3:$J$6))
