Recogition of days in a date
Hi All,
I am using the following formula (in the "Results" column) in a spreadsheet set up for scheduling where if the start of the following task falls on a Saturday or sunday, the start date of that task defaults to the Monday. I have shown a copy of the results. What have I done wrong?
=IF(WEEKDAY(J15+I15,2)=6,J15+I15+2,IF(WEEKDAY(J15+I15,2)=7,J15+I15+1,J15+I15))

Your formula can be reduced to this
=WORKDAY(B2,A2)
B2 has the start date and A1 has duration.
