Not sure if this is possible but my boss thinks I am a miracle worker PLEASE HELP

I need to create a formula to calculate the number of hours and minutes from a date and hours/minutes to another date and hours/minutes.

He wants me to create a formula in the no of hours column so it calculates the date and the number of hours and for now we are just covering 25 hours.

HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
