I have a log stored on a shared network drive. My team consists of 7 people and we all update the file throughout the day. Previously, when one of us had the file open, we would get the message "File locked by user abc123". We have a new teaam member and ever since he joined, the file says it is locked by him regardless of who actually has the filee open. This creates frustration because we keep asking him to close it when in reality it is not him. How do I fixx this error to read who actually has the file open? I'm assuming this has something to do with his Excel settingss.
