I Tried This Below Formula Not Having Any Luck

G7=Name L2=Name
Q1:AR65 Is Data Table
D4=Date From Drop Box
Q1:Q65 Data Table is Dates FOR D4
C8 = Name But Different From G7 & L2
Q1:AR1 Data Table IS Names For C8
When I Tried Above Formula All I Get Is Zero Values & Rows In Table Have Values , I Need to Get Values From That Row In Table
What I NEED IS IF G7=L2 , LOOKUP C8 FROM CELLS Q1:AR1 , LOOKUP D4 FROM CELLS Q1:Q65 & GET VALUE FROM COLUMN & ROW

&Your formula looks as if it should work. Let's assume that it looks like a) G7 is equal to L2, b) the date in D4 is equal to the date in Q2 and c) the name in C8 looks like the name in T1. In three unused cells put in the following,.m

=D4=Q2
=C8=T1
Now all of those should resolve to TRUE. If they don't then there are value and/or formatting issues. Look for text that is masquerading as a date and leading/trailing/inside spaces and/or non-breaking spaces in the names.
