1. Decide what the laboratory representative's decisions would be, what the pharmacy representative's decisions would be, and the same for the rehabilitation, labor & delivery, and post-partum's representative's decisions would be? You will change role 5 times for this case

2. You must decide what type and how many refrigerators to purchase. Keep in mind that most employees take their lunch and there is an average of 16 employees per department during every 8 hour shift.

3. After doing some research from the perspective of each of the 5 team representatives on refrigerators, create an evaluation grid and write a one paragraph conclusion/summary of at least 15 sentences of your decision.

Answer: There are 5 representative who put their team point of view in front of all the teams.There are 16 employees per team so total we have 80 Employees who take break and all do the 8 hours window shift.

we can devide 2:2:1 team in separate shift window so that we have 32:32:16 employees who will take break as per their shift timing. We required only one big refrigerator to purchase and which can accomodate 32 employees luch.

All team representative should jointly agreed on this point. If we buy only one big refrigerator then there will be less cost to invest on refrigerator.
