So I'm making a calculator to crunch some numbers and churn out a definite answer

Basically I want it to ask these quesitons:

-Is J$21 blank? YES=N/A, NO=proceed with other questions

-Does F$21-E$21>=4 AND G$21-E$21<=3? YES=YES, NO=proceed with other question

-DOES F$21-G$21>=4? YES=YES, NO=proceed with last quesiton

-IF ALL QUESTIONS=NO then ANSWER=NO

Now, what I have so far is

=IF($J21=1,"N/A",IF(OR(AND(F21-E21>=4,G21-E21<=3),AND(F21-G21>=4))"Yes","No"))

but Excel does not like that and I can't figure out why!

Does anyone have any ideas??
