I Would motivate my employees to increase the productivity of dry-cleaning business through streamlining the process by soving complaints I would set an extra variable pay for the employees taking the initiative to  learn customer complaints I would set a process through which without giving feedback, their dry-cleaning process won't be complete I would provide 5% of one laundry job to the employee for learning customer complaints I would also appoint star performer of the month based on volume of complaints dealt by an employee I would try to give demos to employees during work to differentiate between genuine and false complaints
