Employee relation can be defined as the relationship that the employees share among each other or with the employer in an organization. The success or falure of an organization mostly depends on employee relations. Good relationship among the employees will lead to a positive working environment which will lead to increase in employee morale. This will enhance their performance and will bring success to the organization.

The four methods to manage employee relation are :

1. Treat employees equally : When the employees believe that they have been treated equally they will be comfortable to work in the organization which will lead to a positive working environment.

2. Communicate : An open communication is very important for managing employee relation effectively. The managers must ensure that important information are communicated to them properly.

3. Motivate employees : Motivating employees will help in enhancing their performance and reach in the overall goal of the organization.

4. Provide the employees proper leadership: Proper leadership will guide the employees in their actions within the organization. providing them with proper feedback will let them know how they can improve their performance.
